Cardio Training

Every six months P365 Fitness will conduct a seminar on the pros and cons of Steady State Cardio and HIIT cardio. In addition new research into these topics will be presented and discussed.  Suggested HIIT routines will also be presented.  Lastly, the hot topic of ‘Fasted Cardio’ will be reviewed.  (See Blog Article on this subject.)  Please sign up by sending an email to    Time:  10:00 to 11:30, or longer if there are questions.
