Strength Training

Every quarter P365 Fitness will conduct a 1.5 hour seminar on proper Strength Training technique.  Demonstrations will be performed on ‘good’ technique and on ‘bad’ technique, and explanations provided for both.  There will be a question and answer period at the end of each seminar to provide additional information for those that desire this.  Please sign up by sending an email to    Time:  10:00 to 11:30, or longer if there are questions.

If there are no registered attendees the class will be rescheduled for a future date.
