Strength Training
Every quarter P365 Fitness will conduct a 1.5 hour seminar on proper Strength Training technique. Demonstrations will be performed on ‘good’ technique and on ‘bad’ technique, and explanations provided for both. There will be a question and answer period at the end of each seminar to provide additional information for those that desire this. If there are no registered attendees the class will be rescheduled for a future date.
