Price Changes
Effective 11-1-17 the following price changes will take effect. These changes only effect members with month-to-month contracts.
- P365 will no longer send out ‘reminder’ notices that your monthly payment is due. It is your responsibility to track the expiration date. If you have a question on this, or don’t know when the expiration date is, please email info@p365fitness.com and we will provide you with the expiration date.
- If you do not make your monthly payment on or prior to the expiration date, the following will apply.
- There will be a $10.00 reinstatement fee due in addition to your membership fee. Paying this will reinstate your membership as of the expiration date.
- If you do not want to be reinstated as of your expiration date, but want to start a new contract date, there will be a $20.00 administration fee.
- If your monthly payment is made via credit card or debit card, and the card is declined, the following will apply:
- There will be a $10.00 reinstatement fee due in addition to your membership fee. Paying this will reinstate your membership as of the expiration date.
- If you do not want to be reinstated as of your expiration date, but want to start a new contract date, there will be a $20.00 administration fee.
