How to Join

To Join the Gym please do the following:

  • Click here to view our gym packages and pricing
  • Schedule an appointment to sign up, complete the liability waiver forms, etc.
  • We are at the gym (generally) on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:30 to 3:30
    • If you cannot make it on one of these days during these times, we can probably meet you on a Saturday or Sunday morning around 9:00

If you want to try the gym before signing up we charge a $10 per day fee.  If you sign up within seven days of this date, we will apply the $10 fee to your membership.

Please note the age limit rules.

  • If you are under the age of 12 you may not enter the gym
  • If you are 13 to 15 years old you can have a membership, but you must be accompanied by a parent while you work out.
    • You must also go through an orientation with one of our Trainers to become familiar with the equipment, etc.
  • If you are 16 years and up you can have a regular membership and workout anytime.  However, you must sign and have a parent or guardian sign the application and waivers.
